appreciate the local cultures of the cities they traveled to, was through walking tours. Their love of travel, love of their own city, love of being outside, and love of sharing and connecting with people from all over the world led to the launch of Denver Walking Tours. Our mission is to provide visitors and locals with access to great walking tour experiences, and be able to explore our beautiful city, regardless of budget.

We are focused on local tours, green tourism and our city environment and are humbled to have hosted over 42,000 guests on tours over the past five years.

At our core, we are story tellers dedicated to creating amazing memories for guests as we explore the great sights, landmarks, and history that make our Mile High City so unique with them on foot.

We live in downtown Denver, love the city, and only wished there were daily Denver walking tours available back when we moved to beautiful Colorado years ago to give us the scoop on all the great sights, history, culture, and fun places to check out around town.
We've surrounded ourselves with a team of amazing, diverse local guides who are incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about Denver and the history, architecture, and landmarks that make Denver and LoDo our home. We look forward to helping you make great memories and have a fun time exploring Denver the best way possible - on foot."

I’m a Denver native and I love sharing my passion for this wonderful city! Colorado has so much to offer, historically, architecturally, culturally and is just plain FUN. Even I discover something new all the time! When I’m not giving tours, I’m Irish dancing, singing or biking about town!

Originally from the Midwest, I spent over 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area dreaming of Colorado, and finally made the move in 2019. Living in Denver has been everything I’d hoped for, including access to world-class skiing and Denver attractions! Hosting tours in this amazing city is an honor. I love creating meaningful, engaging tours that bring Colorado’s rich history, colorful characters, and quirky stories to life—while meeting people from near and far along the way!

I moved to Colorado when I was 3 and have called it home since. I've been to almost every other state but would never leave Colorado. as I love it’s beauty, history, and easy living charm. I am a people person who enjoys trying to make tours interesting, fun, and fulfilling. When not on tours, I'm hiking with my dog, family, or friends, enjoying good food, golf, music, theatre, and sports. I hope we can tour and learn more about this wonderful city and state together.

When I was a young girl in the Midwest, my family took a vacation out west. It was the moment we hit the mountains that I fell in love with Colorado. I kept saying "one day I'm going to live there". About 15 years ago, I made that dream a reality and have been exploring ever since! I consider myself truly fortunate to be able to share my love of Colorado with others. Guests describe me as personable, enthusiastic, and sincere.

I'm a retired British police detective who moved to Denver in '01 with my American husband. I've left 4 times to live in other places abroad but I always end up coming back. My friends now call me Boomerang! I'm drawn back to the beautiful blue sky, the 300 days of sunshine & the stunning mountain views. I love history & Denver, so when my family and friends come to visit from the UK I put my tour guide hat on & show them around this beautiful city & I can't wait to do the same with you.
About fifty years ago I was in the middle of the back seat of the family car between my bothers visiting Colorado. My brothers teased me for being a “city kid” who didn’t like stepping beyond the sidewalk. Thirty years later, I moved to Denver. I have spent many years exploring colorful Colorado and this great city. I’d love to share all the quirky facts and hidden places I’ve learned about. I step off the sidewalk now. There is so much to show here!

I came to Colorado in 2016 to complete my schooling and I quickly called this beautiful state home. My favorite things about Denver are the 300 days of sunshine, the music scene, the fresh air, and the ability to be outside. As the token extrovert of my friend group, I am known for smooth small talk, cracking jokes, and bringing people together across various backgrounds– a goal I hope to accomplish on my tours! When I'm not leading tours, you can most likely find me on a patio with friends, at one of the many concerts in Denver or laying out in the sun.
I’ve lived in Denver for 13 years. Most of my life I have been a professional chef. I have always had a curiosity for history and the macabre. Now I turn my expertise to the supernatural, leading my ghost tour and paranormal tour guests on a journey through the darkest corners of the Mile High City. Whether you're a believer or a skeptic, allow me to escort you through history and
mystery, creating unforgettable memories with every step.
I'm a Colorado native and have lived in most parts of the Denver metro area. I've been a school teacher for 7 years teaching in both Denver and Aurora schools as a Social Studies teacher. I love to eat, travel and make art. You can catch me around town watching a movie, doing trivia with my friends, or biking throughout Denver, getting into shenanigans. I love giving people the inside scoop on the nooks and crannies around Denver . If you would like to know a more intimate side of our city, then I hope I can be your tour guide!
I'm a midwestern girl who's been lucky enough to call Colorado her home for the last 5 years! I'm a lover of languages, literature & history because I'm fascinated by human nature & how we're all connected, which brought me to tour guiding! It's so exciting for me to be able to share Denver's unique history & hopefully give some insight about how it relates to all of us. My background in education & performing arts encourages me to find new ways to entertain & engage with people on my tours. In my spare time, you'll find me doing yoga, reading, working on a crossword puzzle, cooking & trying to make my friends laugh! ​​
I moved to the Mile High City in 2022 and instantly fell in love! I am a meteorologist by day, but a spooky girl by night! I enjoy all things haunted.
I grew up as a military brat and loved all the traveling. I always love a new adventure and love meeting people .!
